Meet The Team

Ken joined Principle in 2009 and was appointed to the role of Managing Director in December 2010. Ken has over 30 years’ financial services experience across a range of investment strategies including property, private equity, infrastructure and hedge funds. He has held senior management positions with Lend Lease, Deutsche Asset Management, and CP2, assisting major domestic and international institutional clients. Ken has been a Board Member of the Association of Superannuation Funds of Australia (NSW) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Griffith University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Queensland.

James joined Principle as an Analyst in 2008 and became a Director in 2014. James has over ten years’ fundraising and product design experience in the Australian market. In addition, his responsibilities include manager due diligence, research and analysis on the Australasian institutional market and business development. James holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney as well as a Master of Commerce from the same university, majoring in Finance and Commercial Law. James is a CFA Charterholder and is currently a Director and Treasurer of the CFA Society of Sydney. James was named one of PEI’s 40 under 40: Future Leaders of Private Equity in 2020.

Joanna joined Principle in 2008. She has over 15 years’ consulting experience, including advising companies on strategy development, diagnostics and business performance improvement, primarily in the financial services and resources industries. In addition to capital raising and consulting, Joanna is responsible for client servicing, marketing and compliance. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Arts from University College Dublin and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Bianca joined Principle in 2022. She has extensive experience in business development, marketing and client relationship management in various business-to-business sectors, including international education and property management. Bianca brings strong planning, organisational and communications skills to her role at Principle. Bianca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Design from Feevale University Centre, Brazil and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
